Exercise Classes Information

Getting fit in Salisbury has never been easier. Alpha and Omega Gym is proud to offer members and non-members alike a series of classes that have been designed to boost metabolism, burn calories and transform your body. Whether you are looking to shred your body and make massive gains, or you are a new mum who is looking to lose a bit of baby weight, our classes have been designed by fitness experts to suit a wide array of needs.

Our Salisbury exercise classes are affordable, effective and designed to work with your schedule. With 10 or fewer participants in each class and n our Ladies Powerlifting Club, we are pleased offer all of the benefits of a personal trainer, yet you pay just a small fraction of the cost.

Tuesdays – 10.30am – 60 mins – Total Body Circuit

On Tuesday mornings, Salisbury gets fit! From 10:30 to 11:30 Alpha and Omega Gym offers our ‘Total Body Circuit’ class, designed to transform your body from the inside out. This hour long circuit class mixes cardio intervals with upper and lower body strength training for a work out that will boost your energy and trim inches from your waist, arms, tummy and thighs.

Thursdays – 1pm – 40 mins – Body Circuit

Wanting to lose weight, gain strength and boost your confidence, but you’re short on time? Our Thursday lunch hour ‘Body Circuit class has been designed with you in mind. Our Salisbury exercise classes combine cardio, strength training and stretching in order to trim inches from your waist, build muscle and improve your health.

Fridays – 1pm – 40 mins – Barbells & Kettle Bells

If you want to lose weight and build muscle, weight training is your new best friend. Our of all of our Salisbury fitness classes, our ‘Barbells & Kettle Bells‘ class will get you toned and fit the fastest. All we need is 40 minutes of your time, every Friday at 1pm and this lunch hour class will change your body – and your life.

Saturdays – 11.30am – 60 – 90 mins – Ladies Powerlifting Club

Whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned pro, our ‘Ladies Powerlifting Club‘ has been designed with your needs in mind. It has been proven that powerlifting is one of the best ways to burn calories and lose weight, as it boosts your metabolism and gets your body working smarter and harder. All of our Salisbury fitness classes have 10 or fewer participants, ensuring that you get the attention, support and education that you need.
