Barbells & Kettle Bells – lifting weights is one of the most effective ways to lose weight, boost your metabolism and get toned. Weight training doesn’t have to intimidating, and you don’t need a lot of equipment to have a successful workout. Every Friday at 1pm Alpha and Omega Fitness offers our ‘Barbells & Kettle Bells’ class, a comprehensive 40 minute training session using free weights and kettle bells. Our Salisbury fitness classes always have 10 participants or fewer, giving you the personalised attention that you need to succeed. Book now – you won’t find a better-priced exercise class in Salisbury, at £5 for members and £10 for non-members.
